Guidelines for Visitors
- Entry: Reservation check-in and entry begin 10 minutes before the screening
- No Late Entry: For safety, entry after the start time is strictly prohibited. Please ensure you arrive on time.
- Refund Policy: Full refunds before the start; no refunds or cancellations after the show begins.
- Age Restrictions: Infants are not allowed, and children should be accompanied by an adult.
☞ Please be aware that the dark theater environment can be overwhelming or scary for younger audiences, which may disrupt their viewing experience.
☞ Kindergarten groups with limited individual supervision are recommended to choose 2D screenings
